Judith Diorio, 71, of Meriden, wife of the late Robert J. Diorio, passed away unexpectedly at home on Friday November 17, 2017. Born in Meriden on July 17, 1946, she was the daughter of the late John and Bernice (Kokoszka) Sienkiewicz. Judith grew up in Milldale. After graduating from Southington High School, she moved to Meriden.
Mrs. Diorio was employed by Canberra Industries and was a parishioner of St. Stanislaus Church. She loved to cook for her family and friends and enjoyed visiting Florida.
She is survived by her son John and his wife Gina Diorio. She is also survived by two brothers-in-law and three sisters-in-law as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother Ronald Sienkiewicz.
Friends and relatives are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday November 21, 2017 at 9 a.m. at St. Stanislaus Church. Everyone is asked to meet directly at church. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Friends may call at the John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home, 88 East Main Street, Meriden on Monday November 20th, 2017 from 4 to 7 pm
