Thomas R. Then “Bones”, 83, of Meriden died on February 1, 2017 at Masonicare in Wallingford.
Born in New London on May 11, 1933, he worked at Smith Trucking and was a volunteer at Gaylord after retiring. Tom served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean conflict. He enjoyed spending time with his friends at Tom’s Place and on the CB.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life on Tuesday, February 7th from 4 to 7 p.m. at Tom’s Place, 55 Main St. South Meriden, CT 06451. A graveside service with military honors will be held on Wednesday, February 8th at 2 p.m. at St. Mary’s Cemetery, 261 Marlbrough Street, Portland, CT 06480.
