Juliette Rodrigue, 78, wife of the late Leandre Rodrigue, died unexpectedly on Monday, October 17, 2016 at MidState Medical Center.
Born in Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada on August 19, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Mederic Plante and Albina Rousseau. She had attended school in Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada and was a homemaker and an outstanding talented crafter. She was the parishioner of St. Laurent Church.
She is survived by a daughter Micheline Bacote and her husband Todd, a son Patrick Rodrigue and his wife Jaqueline, four grandchildren Maisha Head and her husband Marquis, Dante Bacote, Brittany Bacote, and Ryan Rodrigue, two great-grandchildren Marquis and Sean Head, and one sister Therese Plante. She was predeceased by her brother Roland Plante.
Funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 27, 2016 at 7:00 pm at the John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home, 88 East Main St. Meriden, CT. Burial will be private. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday prior to the service from 4 to 7 pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the American Cancer Society New England Division 38 Richards Avenue, Norwalk, CT, 06854.
